Supporting Teens with Invisible Illnesses

We’re a teen-led organization dedicated to providing a supportive community for youth with invisible illnesses. Through our virtual support meetings each week, our members connect, share experiences, and foster a welcoming space with peers who truly understand what it’s like.

Our Team’s Mission

Under the Iceberg hopes to empower teens living with invisible illnesses by providing a safe, peer-led community. We know that isolation often accompanies invisible conditions, and we aim to prevent this by offering teens a space to foster connections with people who share similar experiences.

Our Action So Far

Our team has held weekly meetings since Feb. 2026, collaborated with teen-led organizations including Crafts4Cause2026 (Ontario) and Do It Via Algebra (France), and hosted a mental health Q&A with Dr. Karen Bernstein.
